Organic Black Pepper Tempeh Recipe
Peppery and slightly spicy, goes really well with a bowl of rice.
- Slice or dice the tempeh depending on personal preference. Pan fry the tempeh with some oil until it turns slightly golden brown.
- Smash the peppercorns. In a wok, add in some cooking oil and fry the peppercorns for a minute and then add soy sauce.
- Pour the black pepper and soy sauce oil onto the pan fried tempeh. Serve.
