    Yes, Justlife is switching to full online and delivery mode until further notice.

  3. How can I order organic vegetables, bread and groceries?
    Step 1: Whatsapp the Justlife outlet closest to you above.
    Step 2: We will send you a list of produce available for the day.
    Step 3: Place your order through Whatsapp.
    Step 4: We will send you a confirmation receipt with payment details.
    Step 5: Pay for the order via online banking (details here).
    Step 6: After payment is confirmed, we will schedule a delivery to you.
    Step 7: Enjoy your organic surprise!
  4. How long will it take for you to deliver my order?
    Our payment cut off time is 2pm, so the sooner we can confirm payment, the sooner we can schedule a dispatch for your order.

    Please allow us at least 2 days to process your order and schedule for delivery.
    Once we have scheduled a delivery, we will inform you when you will get your goods.
  5. Do you still deliver organic fresh fruits and vegetables?
    We deliver fresh produce and perishables to areas within 30km from Justlife Tropicana Avenue. Kindly search us on Google Maps if you are located within this area.

    For dry goods, we deliver nationwide to all locations in Malaysia. You may purchase them on our online store.
  6. How much are your delivery fees?
    Peninsular Malaysia
    -First 5kg = RM15
    -Subsequent 1kg = RM1.5 per 1kg
    *FREE shipping for orders above RM 180.
    **For fresh vegetables, we only deliver to addresses within 30km from Justlife Tropicana Avenue.
    Sabah & Sarawak
    -First 1kg = RM40
    -Subsequent 1kg = RM12 per 1kg
    *No minimum order is required.
    *All delivery rates are subject to 6% Government Service tax.
  7. Can I purchase organic vegetables, fruits and bread on your online store?
    Sorry, at the meantime we will only take orders on these items through phone call order.
  8. What are your phone call service hours?
    Monday to Saturday, 9am-5pm. We are closed on Sundays.
  9. When is the latest I need to send in my order?
    Our phone order service cut-off time is 3pm. Kindly send in your order by then so that we can deliver it to you by the next day.

    Orders after 3pm will be processed the next day.
    You may shop anytime at our online store.
  10. Can I come and pick up my order instead of doing delivery?
    Yes, you can pick up your order at Justlife Tropicana Avenue, Justlife Melaka and Justlife Penang once we have notified you that your order is ready.

  11. How do I make payment?
    You may make payment via online instant transfer to the relevant Justlife bank account. We will send you the receipt once your order has been placed and confirmed.

    Please note we will only dispatch your order once payment is made and confirmed.
