Ingredients

Directions

  • Activation of seeds and nuts release the toxic phytic acid and improve the digestibility. To activate almond, soak 12 overnight. To activate the pumpkin seeds, soak 4-6 hours. To dehydrate, use a dehydrate (45°C) or use oven using fan at the lowest temperature for 12-24 hours. It should be crunchy when fully dehydrated.
  • To make bliss ball, put all the ingredients in a food processor, blend until become a “soft dough’. Leave some nuts and seeds in bigger chunks to give a crunchy texture. Add 1 or 2 more pieces of dates and blend if not sticky enough.
  • Put the cacao powder in a small bowl. Roll the soft dough on both palms to make into balls. Roll the ball in the bowl of cacao powder and coat evenly by rolling the ball around.
