This recipe using toasted pumpkin seed oil and flaxseed oil is a delicious way of adding good omegas into our daily meals through good quality slow pressed oils. Just drizzle some of this Mala Oil to any of your daily dishes to spice up your meals!

Directions

  • Crush the coriander in a pestle and mortar. Then, add all of the dry ingredients into a mason jar.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a saucepan over medium high heat for about 5-8min.
  • Place the ginger in the oil. When the ginger turns golden brown, remove it, and turn the heat off.
  • Carefully pour the hot oil into the mason jar.
  • Add the sesame oil, toasted pumpkin seed oil and flaxseed oil into the mason jar.
