This is so tasty that you would want to put it on any food…pasta, bruschette, salad, rice, noodle etc. The “cheese” flavour comes from nutritional yeast (which is high in vitamin Bs).
Organic Plant Based Parmesan Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
4tbsp Sunria Cashew Nuts
4tsp Nutritional Yeast
1/2tsp Sonnentor Smokey Salt
Directions
- Pulse all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse until it is super fine but be careful not to overblend as the cashew nuts will become cashew butter!
- Once the nuts become a grainy texture, your plant based, dairy free, organic parmesan cheese is done!
Notes
- To test the texture of the kuih, try steaming a thin layer of each colour in 2 small bowls. Let it cool down before tasting. Adjust the texture and sweetness based on the taste and mouthfeel.
If its too hard, add more soja.
If its too soft, add more flour.
