Essential Fats

This is first cold pressed oil from certified organic and certified Fair Trade sesame seeds from Mali. The sesame seeds are toasted to unlock their flavour and aroma. It is then pressed mechanically using traditional screw pressing machine, without being exposed to temperature more than 60°C and never undergone any refinery process.
