Handcrafted by a 3rd generation of artisans, Earthist’s First Draw Soy Sauce is naturally brewed in clay urns under the sun for at least 6 months before the first extraction from each batch is bottled.
Produced in small quantities, this soy sauce has a deep, rich and naturally aged umami taste.

Bottled with 2 whole portions of soy sauce to only 1 portion of water, giving it a thicker and fuller umami taste. Packs more taste with every drop compared to mass market alternatives, seasoning your dishes more with less.
