    Handcrafted by third-generation artisans, EARTHIST Light Soy Sauce is naturally brewed using organic ingredients. It is brewed in old fashioned clay urns for at least six months under the sun, with a maximum two rounds of extraction from the same urn. A traditional soy sauce with full-bodied Malaysian flavour, best for stir fries and marination.

    What makes us different?

    Brewed traditionally in clay urns before being fermented naturally under the sun.

    The production is limited due to the use of traditional, handcrafted method with at least six months of natural fermentation.

    Insisting on the usage of clay urns and slow minimal six months of natural fermentation using organic ingredients under the sun, giving them a fuller, deeper and rich taste.

    5. Strong natural fragrance
    Unlike other light soy sauce, we limit our extraction from the same urn to no more than two rounds. This helps to ensure a stronger natural fragrance in our light soy sauce.
