Handcrafted in collaboration with third-generation artisans at Mu Artisans, EARTHIST Organic Bean Light Soy Sauce is brewed in old-fashioned clay urns under the hot sun.
After at least six months, a maximum of two rounds is extracted from each urn, to ensure a rich soy taste and flavor.
And best of all? This Earthist organic soy sauce gives a full-bodied soybean umami aroma, savoury taste WITHOUT ANY SUGAR! Making it a healthier option for the whole family!
Suitable as dipping condiment, porridge and general cooking like stir fry and marinades.
After the first draw soy sauce is collected, salt water is added into the same urn and left to continue fermentation for around 3 weeks to 1 month to get the optimum taste.
