Sprinkle ground nutmeg onto fruits (e.g. fresh/ cooked apples, banana), dessert and baked goods (e.g. cookies, cakes, pies); potatoes, vegetables, masala curry, soup and beverages (e.g. coffee, warm chocolate, and tea) as a flavouring and garnish. External use: Infuse ground nutmeg in cold pressed vegetables oil and apply local massage.
Keep in cool, dry place, away from heat and light.
Used in small doses only for cooking and home remedies. Pregnant and nursing women avoid consuming nutmeg.
