Our country is blessed with various natural plant healing herbs and spices. However, most of us are clueless as to what healing properties that they contain and how that will help us in maintaining a healthier diet and lifestyle.
In this introductory Ulam and Jamu* class, Mandy will introduce the basic information of healing ingredients to be used in class and how to make a delicious, healthy, and colourful meal out of them.
(*Ulam means edible healing plants; and Jamu means healing plant drinks)
Participants will learn about the following recipes during this demo cum hands-on workshop:
- Rainbow Yin Yang Ulam Noodles
- Anti Fatigue Salad
- Digest-Aid Tea
- Slimming Revitalising Tonic
Participants to bring: a pen, chopping board, sharp knife and carry bag
