📖 庆元香菇历史: 中国浙江,庆元县自宋朝时期,首次成功培植香菇,至今仍是产生菇菌类最好的地区。 这里是食用菌王国,拥有得天独厚的地理环境,山明水秀,境内森林覆盖率达到86%,孕育深厚的菌蕈文化。 这个是缘起自香菇鼻祖 – 南宋庆元人 吴三公 (菇神)发明砍花法/惊蕈术。 吴三公居住在深山密林,狩猎耕种,无意中,发现被斧头砍过的木上容易长出香菇,不砍不出,多砍多出。 敲击木 (甚至是雷电)就是吓蘑菇(惊蕈), 让原来懒散的菌丝团冒出蘑菇,促进蘑菇生长。

Zhengtianliang – Qingyuan County Jinyuan Fungi Co., Ltd., established in 2001, engaged in the cultivation, processing of organic edible fungi. The mushroom cultivation uses organic raw materials to cultivate mushrooms. 📖 History of Shiitake Mushrooms in Qingyuan: Qingyuan County, Zhejiang, China, successfully cultivated shiitake mushrooms for the first time since the Song Dynasty. Here is the Kingdom of Edible Mushrooms, with a unique geographical environment, beautiful mountains and rivers, and a forest coverage rate of 86% in the territory, which breeds a profound mushroom culture. This started from the originator of mushrooms – Wu Sangong, a native of Qingyuan in the Southern Song Dynasty, stumbled on the method of “cutting woods/shocking mushrooms. Wu Sangong lived in the deep mountains and dense forests, hunting and farming. He accidentally discovered that mushrooms tend to grow on the wood cut by an axe. Chopping wood (or even lightning) can frighten the mushrooms, and let the originally lazy mycelium balls emerge, hence promote the growth of the mushrooms. This method has been used by the people for 800 years.
