Usage Instruction

Suggested Serving 

Infants ( 0-12 months): 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily. Can be added into milk or baby meal such as cereal and soup.
Children (1-3 years): 1 teaspoon, twice daily, after meal.
Children (4-12 years): 2 teaspoons, twice daily, after meal.
Adult: 1-2 tablespoons. Twice daily, after meal

Storage Conditions

Keep in cold dry place. Oil will become cloudy below 24oC and solid below 18oC. To liquefy, simply place container in warm water
Shelf life : 24 months

Using Tips:

Homemade Kaya: put 1 tablespoon coconut oil in the bowl, freeze it and blend with 1 teaspoon honey, serve with bread or crackers.
Healthy Nasi Lemak: mix 1 teaspoon coconut oil in 1 portion of rice before served.
Fat Burning Formula: 2 tablespoon coconut oil + 1 teaspoon wheat germ oil. 2 time per day, consume after meal.


Coconut oil is a saturated fat, which is highly heat resistant and thus ideal for cooking, baking or frying.
