Cooking Directions

Stovetop

  1. Rinse rice once.
  2. Combine 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of water, a teaspoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Bring to a boil over high heat for a minute, then reduce heat to low.
  4. Cover tightly and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat. Let it stand covered for 5 minutes.
  6. Fluff and serve.

Cook 1 cup of rice with 1.75 cups of water, and a teaspoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
