GK organic farm always creates incredible sauces using the organic seasonal winter melon. The salted winter melon garlic oil is made using dried winter melon sautéed with flavourful garlic until golden crisp; the roasted sesame swim in the golden oil, readily to be served on any dishes or noodles.
