Usage Suggestions
2-1/4 tsp active dried yeast = one 7 gram yeast packet.
Proof active dried yeast in warm water (about 32-43°C) for about 5 minutes to allow the yeast to activate. A small amount of sugar or other sweetener (1 tsp) can aid in yeast activation.
Suitable for breads, cinnamon rolls, buns, pizza or doughnuts.
Ingredients
Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisae), Sorbitan monostearate, Ascorbic acid.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place. Keeps best refrigerated.
