How to Use

  1. Soak 5-15 minutes; expands to twice its original volume.
  2. Chop and cook with grains, soups, breads, stuffings, salads, baked potatoes, curries, tofu, and vegetable dishes.
  3. Sautéing in oil facilitates the digestion of oil-soluble vitamins and reduces the fishy taste.

Just soak arame in water for 5 minutes and try to stir fry in sesame oil with shredded vegetable like carrot.

Arame seaweed can be used in a similar way to cabbage. Soak for a couple of minutes before adding to stir-fries or casseroles.

You can also add arame seaweed straight into soups without soaking first, because it can then use the moisture from the soup.

Cook for around 3 to 4 minutes for best results.
