Kasha Cereal Recipe:
• 1 cup of buckwheat grains; 4-5 cups boiling water; sea salt.
• Place all in a pot with boiling water. Bring to boil again.
• Cover and reduce heat to low.
• Simmer 30 minutes until soft.
• Drain and serve. Serves 2-4.
