How to Cook
Red brown lentils retain its shape when cooked. Great with grains, salads, casseroles, stuffing, vegetarian burger and as dhal.
- Cover 1 cup of Red Brown Lentils with 3 cups of water or broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 20-25 minutes or until tender.
