    White Brick Oven, an artisan bakery in Kampong Kubu Gajah and is managed by Mr. Martin and his wife, Mardia with nothing but the best ingredients- passion! For the past 17 years, Mr. Martin has been baking sourdough breads using wood fire oven built by himself without any artificial flavourings, enhancers or preservatives.

    Only the highest qualities of organic flour is used and this translates in every bite you take, an aroma that transports you to the little cottage like bakery!

    Storage

    Store in a cool and dry place.
    Best consumed within 2 days upon baking, this bread is free from any synthetic preservatives and will naturally mold after 2-3 days at room temperature.

    Keep refrigerated after 2 days, keeps up to 1 month in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer.
