For the past 17 years, Mr. Martin has been baking sourdough breads using wood fire oven built by himself without any artificial flavourings, enhancers or preservatives.
Only the highest qualities of organic flour is used and this translates in every bite you take, an aroma that transports you to the little cottage like bakery!
