Known for their sweet, slightly sour flavour and vibrant colour, goji berries have have been used for thousands of years to slow down aging, maintain eye health and strengthen the kidneys and liver.

They are also used for patterns of yin deficiency which leads to “burn-out”. Unfortunately, this is getting more and more common nowadays due to stress and insufficient sleep.

They are “neutral” in nature, so they will not affect our balance of yin & yang with frequent consumption.
