Raw tempeh milk

Raw tempeh is gut friendly! Tempeh could be very exciting and turned into a plant based milk by mixing and matching different types of fruits and vegetables. Beetroot is a nice companion for fresh tempeh. Both contains iron for blood building!

Ingredients

  • 100g organic fresh tempeh

  • 2 pc papaya

  • 1/2 pc beetroot

  • 1 pc calamansi lime

  • 3 pc dried apricot

  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds soaked (soaked for 4 hours to activate)

  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
