Tahini is natural high in calcium and minerals, a dressing that goes well on many vegetables and salad.

ORGANIC Ingredients

  • 200g young ladies finger

  • 150g pearl mushroom

  • 6pcs cherry tomato

  • 1/4pc carrot, shredded

  • 6pcs Langit black peppercorn, crushed

  • Earthist Light Soy Sauce

  • sauce:
  • 30G The Bites tahini spread with honey

  • 6g Sunria cashew nuts, mix with 40g water and blended into paste

  • seasoning A:
  • 2tsp Sunria Arenga sugar

  • 1tsp Sunria Bamboo Roasted seasoning

  • 2tsp Earthist Light Soy Sauce

  • 1.5tbsp Emile Noel toasted sesame oil

  • 3tsp Emile Noel cooking oil

  • seasoning B:
  • 30g filtered water

  • 2tsp nutritional yeast

  • 2 drops Emile Noel balsamic vinegar

  • 1pc chili padi (optional)

Directions

  • Boil the washed whole lady fingers in a pot of water with a dash of cooking oil and sea salt for about 2min. Remove the ladies finger and cool it in a bowl of ice water, set aside.
  • Tear the pearl mushrooms into slices. Heat the pan with a little cooking oil, then add in pearl mushrooms and stir fry with black peppercorn and a bit light soy sauce until the mushrooms turn dry and golden in color.
  • On your serving plate, place the lady fingers neatly and put the pearl mushroom on top.
  • In a bowl, mix together tahini with blended cashew nuts. Stir in seasoning A until it becomes a sticky paste, then add in seasoning B until it becomes liquid. You may also add in minced chilli padi for spicy food lovers.
  • Top with diced cherry tomatoes and shredded carrot. Enjoy as a side dish for your meal.
