Artisanal Bites Organic Earl Grey Biscuit, 210g

The founder of Artisanal Bites – Esther enjoyed baking cakes & cookies since young, she now starts her journey in making organic and vegan cookies after we contacted with her. Artisanal Bites Biscuit in 3 flavours – Earl Grey, Matcha & Lemon Cornflakes biscuit, all made with high quality and organic/ biodynamic ingredients. Artisanal Bites Earl Grey is made with the finest Sonnentor Earl Grey Tea, she also uses Emile Noel Oleic Sunflower Cooking Oil instead of diary butter. The using of vegetable oil in biscuit takes longer hour and patience. During the production, the biscuit is shape into mould, and freeze up to 2 -3 hours before cutting, however as she cut the mould, the dough quickly become softer because of our warm temperature, and this makes it difficult to cut the biscuit shape precisely. Sometimes, it took few times of freezing to ensure all the biscuit has the same shape. Best to taste the elegant Earl Grey Biscuit with a cuppa of warm organic Earl Grey tea!

Artisanal Bites Lemon Cornflakes is handmade with Fuchs Cereal Organic Cornflakes, Biodynamic Voelkel Lemon Juice, giving the powerful lemon punch, perfect balance of sweetness and bright citrusy lemon aroma. These biscuits are handmade into the imperfect shape, feel the artisanal loves.
