Dressings for cold cucumber or cold tofu:
– Mix 1 tbsp chili oil + 1 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tsp black vinegar +
minced fresh garlic + pinch of cane sugar and sea salt

Shake well before use. Stir in as the toppings for hot miso soup ramen or dry noodles.
