Bamboo is a type of plant that is fast growing and having self-regenerative property, it absorbs 35% more carbon dioxide and produce 35% more oxygen.
Cloversoft tissue bamboo pulp source is grown in China, providing jobs to 38,000 farmer a year. Cloversoft ensure the ecofriendly production efforts:
1. Bamboo Pulping – Cloversoft products are made using advanced pulping technology, tissues are naturally cleaned without using chemical, retaining the natural colour of the bamboo pulp, hence it is brown. Bamboo itself has antifungal and antibacterial property; it does not require pesticides.
2. Circular economy – Emphasize on the reduce, reuse and recycle concept.
3. Cogeneration – Simultaneous production of heat and power. Recycled energy, make use of the otherwise wasted heat.
4. Recycled water – Traditional method of production may release water filled with chemicals into the environment. In Cloversoft bamboo production, the water is recycled to remove the contamination before releasing it.
5. Water based ink is used instead of plastisol ink.
